2. Orders & Payment
All prices are stated in USD ($) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Payment will be authorized at checkout and captured when your item is shipped.

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for certain corporate or international cards if required by the payment provider.

3. Delivery & Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, and most European countries.
Delivery Time
Orders placed before 12:00 are typically delivered within 1–3 business days (98% success rate).
Delays may occur during promotions or peak seasons.

- $4.5 home delivery
- Free parcel shop delivery on orders over $70
(Home delivery not included in free shipping threshold)
If you do not collect your parcel or refuse delivery without prior agreement, a $4.9 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We offer a 33-night sleep guarantee on selected products.

Exclusions
Bedding and accessories are only returnable within 14 days if unopened.
Outlet items cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Conditions
The product must not be damaged, stained, or excessively used.
Missing parts may result in deductions or rejection.
Sleep guarantee can be used once per customer per product category.
5. Warranty (2 Years)
We provide a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper washing (over 30°C)
- Tumble drying against instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic defects not affecting function

Claims are processed within 7–14 business days.
6. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Products not covered by the sleep guarantee may be returned within 14 days.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
For hygiene reasons, bedding must be unopened.
Return shipping costs may apply.
We do not accept COD returns.
7. Price Match (33 Days)
If the price of an item decreases within 33 days of your purchase, we will match the difference and issue it as store credit.
Excludes:
- VIP offers
- Limited campaigns
- Personal discount codes
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Complaints & Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, customers may use their local consumer protection authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (if applicable).

Maximum complaint value: $10,000
All disputes are governed by applicable international commercial law.
